So here’s day 3 and I’m feeling alright. I’m probably going to go out to dinner tonight, so I try to cut back on calories for breakfast and lunch.
Something that helps me from eating fat stuff like burgers and so on is to watch it on TV! That might sound a little weird, but I actually do like to watch “Man vs. Food” or “Cake Boss” or “No Reservations” and so on. If I can’t eat it, then I’ll watch it!
